Cap spartel is the exact point where the sea and the ocean meet. It's an unmissable attraction when visiting Tanger, however it's not something that special. The lighthouse can be visited inside and it actually seems pretty nice, but our guide didn't recommend it, so we didn't. Visited May 2023.
